Here, are few suggestions for good places to eat that we tried. However, you can find other places just by walking in the street or searching on the net. You can also of course find the same fast food restaurants as in France. (KFC is better in Scotland! And Five Guys is cheaper according to some classmates… McDo is a bit different, you have more choices in set menus).

Arcade haggis & whisky house : it is a very good restaurant which serves the best haggis in the town.

Mums Great Comfort Food : we would describe it as a Scottish cantina.

Wagamama : Japanese restaurant that does not serve sushi  It’s very good for the price. You can have free tea !

The Royal Mile Tavern : a comfy pub which serves good meals!
